2. The Father-Son duo - Roshan - Mr. Malhotra
This father-son duo packs a whooping 75 years of experience under their names. Roshan is the third generation of carpenters in the family (Second after Mr. Malhotra) to now dedicate his entire life in to the industry. There is nothing, literally, that this team cannot make all by themselves.
And though Mr. Malhotra has now long retired from active field operations, transferring all his skills and experience to his son, who with his own creativity has been combining carpentry traditions with the modern demands of their customers.
Mr. Malhotra can still often be seen in the workshop every now and then just checking if the son if keeping the family standards intact. His visits though are totally random and sudden just like quality audits from time to time.
3. The One-Man Army - Sonu
The publicity shy, but highly talented Sonu Rajpoot, is a favorite among the many famous architects and interior designers, because of the 'machine-like finish' of the projects he undertakes.
Sonu's has been charging in between Rs. 350 - 500 psf. for his work, which, he has never found to be problem getting, because of his finishing style, he is favored among the interior designers and architects. He has rarely worked for direct customers in the past.
Sonu firmly believes that 'If the work has to be done perfectly, then it has to be done ourselves' and individually dedicates his personal attention to all the projects he undertakes.
4. The New Kid On The Block - Amar
With 8 years of quality and learning experience, Amar has endeavored night & day, finally toiling his way up through furniture industry and now stands at a stage where he understands all interior designer languages fluently. He has the latest and updated design implementation knowledge and experience.
He was rarely working for direct customers and kept himself busy working for some of the top interior designers of Delhi and Noida until we dragged him in the CYF team for our individual customers like.
